The patient suffered multiple local recurrences over the next 4 years and ultimately developed metastases to left inguinal lymph nodes. DIAGNOSIS: SB 5372 David Levin, M.D., Washington Hospital (S09-4030) 71-year-old male undergoes transurethral resection of bladder tumor. The patient also has a diagnosis of untreated prostate cancer. DIAGNOSIS: SB 5373 Sarah Calkins, M.D., Grace Kim, M.D. UCSF Med Center (S09-10971) 50-year-old male with end stage liver disease, hepatitis C and hepatocellular carcinoma undergoes orthotopic liver transplantation. Gross examination reveals scattered irregular reddish-brown subcapsular nodules ranging in size from 0.8-3.6 cm. DIAGNOSIS: SB 5374 Ankur Sangoi, M.D., El Camino Hospital (A09-21) 47-year-old male with end stage renal disease and bone marrow transplant for chronic myelogenous leukemia, with history of graft versus host disease. Scattered indurated hypopigmented plaques are noted on the arms, trunk and lower legs. DIAGNOSIS: ____________________________ SB 5375 Keith Duncan, M.D., Mills Peninsula Hospital, (PS09-13719) 51 year old female undergoes TAH/BSO for "endometrial cyst" and fibroids. DIAGNOSIS: SB 5376 Josh Sickel, M.D. El Camino Hospital, (S09-16286) 63 year old female with cervical cancer. DIAGNOSIS: SB 5377 Claude Burdick M.D., St. Rose Hospital (WEBCASE) 55-year-old female with a 1.2 cm nodule hanging off the tip of the right index finger. The lesion has been growing over the past 3 months. DIAGNOSIS: 2 SBPS March 1st, 2010 SB 5378 Will Rogers, M.D., Kaveh Mojtahed, M.D., Neeraja Kambham, M.D., Stanford Med Center (WEBCASE) 44-year-old male with acute onset of hepatitis. DIAGNOSIS: SB 5379 Jessie Xiong, M.D., Washington Hospital (WEBCASE) 53-year-old male with a history of easy bruising and clinical suspicion for idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura. A bone marrow biopsy was performed. DIAGNOSIS: SB 5380 Elizabeth Treynor, M.D., Washington Hospital (WEBCASE) 66-year-old male with AIDS, pancytopenia and CD4 count of 20. The patient had a previous history of TB treated 5 years ago. Clinician’s now suspect possible MAI infection. DIAGNOSIS: Message to South Bay members: Please bring in cases to the next meeting!
