with quality food, products and access to information that
promotes a healthy future for our families and our planet.
Together we work toward a world where mutually beneficial
relationships exist between producers and purchasers

What is a food co-op?
 A full-service grocery store
 Collectively started, owned, and run by its memberowners
 Emphasis on local foods and products
 Conventional products will be available also
 Examples of local co-ops: REI, Kitsap Credit Union,
PCC, Port Townsend Food Co-op
