What is The Leader in Me?
The Leader in Me is a whole-school initiative at Skaith based on The 7 Habits of Highly
Successful People. The Leader in Me delivers training to our staff that in turn impacts
the daily life of our Skaith students. As our students learn the 7 Habits and use them to
transform their lives, The Leader in Me helps Skaith reach our potential of higher
academic achievement, fewer discipline problems, and increased engagement among
teachers and parents. The Leader in Me equips students with the self-confidence and
skills needed to thrive in the 21st century economy.
