Applications
Apply via email to [email protected] or fill out an application form at an MCC event
registration.
Elegibility
Riders are eligible if they:
1) ride A or B Grade at club events and
2) do not currently have a contract to race NRS (or at a higher level) with a team.
Selection for races
Riders will be chosen for individual races by consideration of the following principles, in order of
importance:
1) all riders will have equal opportunity, meaning that those with limited availability are
favoured;
2) riders who (a) are not keen or (b) have many other racing opportunities are less favoured;
3) riders who support MCC (via consistent racing or, especially, volunteering) are favoured;
4) riders will race events that suit their strengths; and
5) stronger rides will be favoured if (a) general consensus says so and (b) MCC is, for eg, tied for
first and we need an edge to prove that our club röx.
Rules
1) All riders must wear club kit,1
2) each club will enter four A and four B Grade riders into each event and
3) riders will pay for their own entry, which is the normal fee for the each event.
Club Teams Series’ aims
The Club Team series aims to:
1) increase interaction between the clubs,
2) give club-level riders a go at higher level of racing and
3) grant undisputable bragging rights to the best club.

If you do not own a club kit, please arrange to borrow (at least) a jersey from a friend. The club will provide
jerseys if need be.
