Keeps records of income and outgoings, keeping receipts
and invoices.
Prepares reports for AGM
Checks bank account prior to meetings and informs
members at meeting.
Issues Bills on behalf of the group.
Ensures staff wages, volunteers expenses are covered.
Ensure chair receives a copy of monthly statements.
Arranges for independant audited to be available to
members at AGM.
Oversees EYE entitlements.
