Google Play™ Store
The Google Play Store app is your one-stop shop for books, movies, music, apps, and games. In this job aid,
learn how to find and download an app from the store.
1. Touch Apps > Play Store.
•If this is the first time the Google Play Store app has
been accessed, add an existing Google™ Account
or create one. For this example, select Existing.
•Enter the account address and password and touch
Next.
•Choose to add credit card information to establish a
Google Wallet™ account or select Not now.
•Your apps, settings, and other data may be backed
up to your Google Account for future restoration.
Check the box if you would like to back up your
phone to your account.
•Accept the Google Play terms of service by touching
Accept.
2. Touch Apps,
Music, Books,
Magazines, or
Movies & TV to
browse content.
3. To search instead,
touch the Search
icon and use the
keyboard to enter
a search term.
For example, type
Facebook and
touch the Search
icon.
4. When you find an
item to download,
touch the Install
button on free
items. (On paid
items, touch the
displayed price
button.)
5. For a free app,
touch Accept
& download to
download and
install the app.

6. For a paid app,
touch Continue.
7. Enter your credit
card details and
touch Done >
Save.
8. You will receive
a notification
when the app
is successfully
downloaded and
installed.
