The Board of Directors has approved $4,500
worth of patching to be done in the parking
. lots and drive areas in Cobblestone Village.
This should happen relatively soon. The
Board also approved to have the parking lots
seal-coated to try and preserve the asphalt
for two to three more years. Please watch
upcoming newsletters for the timing of the
seal-coating. This should be a two to four day
process, depending on the weather. The
Board is also starting conversations with the
City to try to reducethe drainage that flows
through Cobblestone Village.
~Please note that-there are. no
lifeguards on duty and that residents
swim at their own risk.

It has been noted that a number of homeowners
are not cleaning up the "calling cards" left by
their canine companions. Some are even
allowing their pets to'roam free. In regard to the
latter, there is a leash law, and homeowners
should feel free to contact Animal Control. In
regard to the "poop problems," this not only
creates unsightly scenes and unsavory smells,
but also causes damage to the sod and potential
health hazards. "Please help us work together to

Prurtal Phase of
Phenses!
The Board of Directors has approved the finol phase of
the fences to begin in May. After the completion of
these fences, it is essential to preserve the appearance
of our community. Although homeowners may use
deck and patio areas for limited storage, any storage
must be done in a neat and sightly manner. This
includes no items stored where they can be seen over
the fence line. No trash, litter, junk, boxes, containers,
bottles, cans, implements, machinery, lumber or
building material may be stored on any patio or deck. '
This provision also applies to the common area
immediately adjacent to your home. The Board
appreciates all residents' patience while this two year
project has been completed!
Many of the front doors in the
community have plastic trim on the
windows that are deteriorating. The
Board of Directors is asking that
residents replace or repair the trim
along their windows for a neater,
,cleaner look. These areas will be' part
of the weekly inspection to rerntnd
residents to have these replaced or
repaired. If you have any questions
regarding'this, please call Len
