(2) Results from drill hole DDH-4503-1 have been verified by Paul Gordon, who is a qualified person for the purposes of National Instrument 43-101 and who is independent of G11. Collection of drill data has been supervised by Paul Gordon. Mr. Gordon carried out the core logging, marked up the drill core for sampling and directly received the analytical results from ALS Laboratories, Ireland. The following quality assurance program and quality control measures were applied: Certified reference materials (CRMs or ‘Standards’) and blanks were inserted into the sample stream, at a rate of approximately one in ten. The exact number of samples between each QA/QC sample is deliberately varied, to avoid an obviously detectable pattern. CRMs were sourced from two different accredited and industry-recognised sources, OREAS Laboratories and Geostats Pty. The quality assurance protocol requires that the laboratory return a value for the CRMs not varying by more than three times the certified standard deviation from the certified mean for Zn, Pb and Ag. The ALS values returned for the CRMs were all within one standard deviation of the certified mean, for all elements. The samples were tested at ALS Laboratories, Loughrea, Co. Galway, Ireland, which is independent of G11. (3) Results from grab samples have been verified by John Barry, a qualified person for the purposes of National Instrument 43-101 and who is a Director of G11. The rock grab samples from Castlemaine and Pierce’s Island were delivered by G11 directly via an international courier company to ALS Laboratories. The following quality assurance program and quality control measures were applied: the sample was photographed, numbered and packaged by G11 prior to shipping. The sample was tested at ALS Laboratories, Loughrea, Co. Galway, Ireland, which is independent of G11. (4) Results from XRF from spot core samples have been verified by John Barry, a qualified person for the purposes of National Instrument 43-101 and who is a Director of G11. XRF analyses were collected by Aurum Geological, a geological consultant independent of G11. The following quality assurance program and quality control measures were applied: the collection of analyses were overseen by John Barry. 28 Appendix - Capital Structure Shares outstanding Basic Dilution Fully Diluted (31Mar17) 24,553,055 7,082,950 31,636,005 Ownership Insiders MAG Silver Corp.
