on the API Limited Board.
I confirm that I am eligible for nomination, in accordance with clause 9 and Schedule 1 of the Constitution.
If appointed, I consent to act as a member of the API Limited Board and undertake to fulfil all duties and obligations
required of the position, including attendance of the Board meetings and compliance with the Constitution, the Board
Charter, the API Code of Conduct and all other relevant API Policies.
