



Check 1st page of application to see when school requires
transcript.
You will find your SSID on top of your SMHS transcript (called
state ID)
Complete one full application for one CSU before starting
any other applications
Be sure to enter in the high schools that you have attended





When entering in test information be sure to include
scores.
If you are taking a test in the future (Oct/Nov) put
that date on your application and leave your score
blank
When taking SAT test use the code 3594 to send
scores to ALL CSU campuses. Scores must be sent
directly from College Board.
If you have listed a CSU campus as an ACT score
report recipient, you can use the ACT Scores
Manager through CSU Mentor to release your score
to additional campuses. Before you can use the ACT
Scores Manager, you must first have arranged for
your scores to be sent to a CSU campus.
 Each
CSU campus will ask you to create
an account with their system. Do it and
keep track of your password and
username and check back at least once
a week. Also, create a professional email
address that you will check. These are the
official communication methods of CSU.
 Track application status, “To Do” items,
and Due Dates through campus accounts
and email.
