This document describes the version 7.4.1 of CTM.
None of the current features or changes in this release has any impact on the pre-existing
functionality if not mentioned explicitly in this release notes, any training may thus be done postrelease, if desired.
1.1
Contract management
In the contract management module there have been updates to the external contract publication
functionality, also known as CMLight. To be able to use any of the described functionality you need a
license for the CMLight module, contact your local CTM contact for commercial information.
1.1.1 Preview contract in external contract database
Before publishing the contract in the external contract database, there is now the possibility for the
contract responsible to preview the contract to make sure everything is displayed as it should. The
link will display the contract details as it will be displayed within the external contract database.
The preview is also available after the contract is published and also provides an easy view of the
published contract without having to into the external publication link.
1.1.2 Automatically publish contract in external contract database
For those authorities publishing all contracts to the external contract database, there is now a way of
saving time and prohibit miss publishing contracts.
Contracts that are set into final state can be automatically published, non-final contracts will not be
published to external contract database.
Having automatic publication is a configuration and is by default not enabled for any authorities,
contact your local CTM contact for information and any commercials.
If starting to use the automatic publication, it will not automatically publish all existing awarded
contracts, those have to be published manually.

1.1.3 New contract filter in external contract database
In the external contract database it is now possible to search for the contract (or agreement) type, it
is available from the Extended search.
If you would not want this filter to be shown or if you want to have one for the agreement types as
pre-selected and not changeable, that is possible by configuration. Contact support to get help in the
configuration change.
1.2
Message archive
The message archive has got the same face-lift as the messaging in the tender. Same search, sort and
filtering possibilities.
The system notifications are listed grouped per type below the Drafts folder.
