The hotel is located just 10 km from Copenhagen
airport, which can be reached by public transport
within 20-30 minutes. The city centre of
Copenhagen is within walking distance from the

How to get there...
... by public transport: If you are coming from the airport, you can take a bus or the metro to
reach the hotel. Bus 5A runs frequently from the hotel to the city centre and to the airport
(journey time: 27 minutes; ticket: 36 DKK). The bus stop – Artillerivej – is situated only 100
metres from the hotel. Metro 2 (journey time: 12 minutes; ticket: 36 DKK) is an even more
frequent option, with the metro station – Christianshavn – situated ca 1 km from the hotel. If
you are coming from the city centre, you can take Metro 1 to the Islands Brygge station, 200m
from the hotel. All the above-mentioned stations can be found on GoogleMaps.
... by car: Follow the E20 highway in the direction of København C and Bella Center. Continue
down Vejlands Allé and turn left at Lossepladsvej and follow it to the end. Turn right on
Artillerivej. Just before the ramparts of Christianshavn you will see the hotel on your left.

Accommodation
A block reservation for all participants has been made in the same hotel. Participants can book
a single room including breakfast at a reduced rate of 1,095 DKK (ca 147 EUR) per night until
Monday, 9 January, 2012.
