First, let me say congratulations on your upcoming wedding!
Next, let me assure you that we can be there on-site to create the look you have always dreamed of for your
wedding day. We are a totally mobile salon. We travel to you, we cater to you and we are there to make you and
your party look and feel more beautiful than ever before.
We are award winning, trained makeup artists, not department store counter ladies. We cosmetically correct
skin issues like acne scarring and rosacea. We alter face shapes, diminish nose sizes and even shave pounds off
faces with contouring. We are trained in all areas of makeup education. So, get ready for an experience like
nothing you have ever had before. This is what we do in the movies. This is something you will never forget!
Before I give you any more information I wanted to address right upfront any concerns you might have about
allergies or airbrushing. The formula we use is water based. Sometimes we use a silicone based formula but not
normally. I have never seen anyone allergic to the water based formula or the silicone one. We will use the
water based during your trial and would know if there were a problem within minutes. We can even spray some
on your hand while we are talking about your look and make sure you have no reaction if you have a concern or
very sensitive skin.
Let’s begin by explaining how our pricing works. We charge less per person the more people we service. We do
this to make sure it is affordable for your entire party to be as we want everyone to be able to take advantage of
our services … including Mothers.
We airbrush for weddings because it lasts a minimum of ten hours without touch-ups and it resists tears and
sweat. It is the thinnest form of foundation and cannot be felt on the skin. It looks more natural than any other
makeup ever created. That is why we use it for HDTV and on movie sets. It takes 45 minutes for us to apply
makeup including lashes per person and hair takes the same. We are trained to work fast and efficiently as we
know there is a schedule to adhere to. We do this hundreds of times each year and are true professionals that
pride ourselves on being timely and respectful of your entire bridal party and your timeline.
Hair alone is often $175 per person for onsite services. Many so called makeup artists in the Seattle area charge
upwards of $350 for the bride alone for wedding makeup. We charge less per person and give group discounts.
We also know that every wedding is different so please give us a call and let us work something out with you as
the prices below are the basic structure … not always something set in stone.
Our prices are as follows:
Hair & Makeup Party of 1 $310 per person
Hair & Makeup Party of 3 $280 per person
Hair & Makeup Party of 5 $220 per person
Hair & Makeup Party of 7 $190 per person
Our trials are at least three hours in length and are devoted to just you. We spend those hours creating the
perfect hair and makeup for your day. We also take “before and after” photos so you can show them to your
bridal party so they get a very good idea of how they would end up looking. We also take photos of you in
indoors and outdoors to show you how your bridal look will translate to film. You will get a CD with all of the
photos from the day so you have them forever. Our trials are only $75. We also include lashes for all of our
brides, even at the trial. We want our brides to look natural but better than they have ever looked before …
glamorous but not overdone. We take our time so that during the trial you have the time to “sit” with the look
to see if you like it or not and get to see photos of it and not have to be rushed out because we have ten other
appointments that day. At Jilladair Cosmetics … it is all about you. We pride ourselves on our customer service.
No matter how many celebrities we have done while we are working for you … you are our celebrity.
We do all flower girls makeup for free and they love the entire process! We also offer other things to enhance
your beauty like hair piece applications or extensions.
For larger parties we bring more hairdressers and makeup artists with us to make sure we stick to your schedule.
The last thing you want is for someone to take too long and not respect the timelines you have put in place for
your day! We are used to starting very early for morning weddings and we work fast and efficiently to make the
entire process go smoothly.
To book a trial let me know what days work for you. Since we will only do a trial for hair and makeup for the
bride, we ask that you email us photos of everyone we will be performing services on that day, photos of your
dress and the colors of your bridesmaids’ and mothers’ dresses. Please feel free to bring as many people from
your bridal party with you for your appointment. It is a day full of fun!
We also know that weddings are expensive, but we don’t want you to skimp when it comes to how you look!
People don’t realize this this but in photos ... makeup lasts forever! Especially for people who don’t normally
wear a lot of makeup. It takes a lot of makeup to make you look like you’re not wearing any makeup. But it takes
one bad eyebrow or the wrong color lip and things can go wrong fast. We are here to take the away the
pressure so that you can enjoy your day and your look. That’s our job and our area of expertise.
We are very thorough and make sure that nothing is overlooked. We do this for a living and assure you that we
will be there to make everyone look and feel amazing.
We do book up fast. We have three teams so we can accommodate three weddings per day but we still do book
up fast. So make sure to book your trial as early as possible because as soon as your trial is booked we will place
a hold on your wedding day!
