Organizational chart and processes :
The institute is headed by the Director who in turn reports to the Secretary of the Trust. The
Director is assisted by a team of faculty members who have been given specific
responsibilities. The Non-teaching staff includes the clerical, accounts and other support
functions.
The Teaching Group has the faculty members who act as either course coordinators
for a specific class and also head activities such as Additional Inputs, Library, Intercollegiate events, Industry Interface etc.
The Librarian and the Placements are two crucial support functions reporting to the
Director.
Various student-faculty committees further ensure that all activities go as per plan.
The Governing Body and the Local Managing Committee act in the planning and
supervisory capacity. The organizational processes are based on continuous meetings
and informal interactions. The faculty members and the students participate freely in
