Student Enquiry
Enter the surname of a student and click on Submit
The student’s details including contact details, emergency contact details, subjects and
timetable will appear.
Photos are distorted in
this view.
Double click on the photo
to enlarge. Once
enlarged they are no
longer distorted.

You can access Staff Information and Result Information from this screen by clicking on staff
codes or the magnifying glass, see below:
Click on a staff code to
obtain staff information.
Click on the magnifying
glass to access Result
information.
PART B

Choose
Results Maint from the toolbar at the top of the screen.

Select from the School Staff Code and click on Submit .

A list of your classes will appear, select a class by clicking on the class code.

This option enables you to enter your class results for Subject Criteria and Behaviour and
Attitude Criteria, as well as ratings for the Progress Reports.
YOUR MUST CLICK ON Submit Results IN ORDER TO SAVE YOUR RESULTS.
SAVE RESULTS AS OFTEN AS POSSIBLE.
9) You can not enter Comments (for either Major or Progress Reports) using this screen.
To do this you must access the student’s individual results.
TO ACCESS INDIVIDUAL STUDENT’S RESULTS:
Click on the magnifying glass next to an individual student:
10) The screen below will appear:
You can go back to your class list.
You can enter criteria ratings.
You can scroll through the other students
in the class.
Don’t forget to save your work by Submitting Results
11) Scroll down to the bottom of the screen. THIS IS ONLY PLACE THAT YOU CAN ENTER
REPORT COMMENTS WHEN USING SYNERGETIC FROM HOME.

PLEASE NOTE: There is not a Spell Checking facility when using Synergetic via the internet.
Either be very carefully checking your comments or recheck your comments using the Spell
Checker when returning to work.
