Ecclesiastes 1:9 What has been is what will be,
and what has been done is what will be done, and
there is nothing new under the sun.
Ecclesiastes 12:13 Let us hear the conclusion of
the whole matter: Fear God and keep His
commandments, For this is man's all. 14 For God
will bring every work into judgment, Including
every secret thing, Whether good or evil.
Proverbs 29:18 Where there is no revelation, the
people cast off restraint; But happy is he who
keeps the law.
Proverbs 16:20 He who heeds the word wisely
will find good, And whoever trusts in the LORD,
happy is he.
Hebrews 13:5 Let your conduct be without
covetousness; be content with such things as you
have. For He Himself has said, "I will never leave
you nor forsake you." 6 So we may boldly say:
"The LORD is my helper; I will not fear. What can
man do to me?"
Psalm 139: For the Chief Musician. A Psalm of
David. O LORD, You have searched me and known
me. 2 You know my sitting down and my rising
up; You understand my thought afar off. 3 You
comprehend my path and my lying down, And are
acquainted with all my ways. 4 For there is not a
word on my tongue, But behold, O LORD, You
know it altogether. 5 You have hedged me
behind and before, And laid Your hand upon me.
6 Such knowledge is too wonderful for me; It is
high, I cannot attain it. 7 Where can I go from
Your Spirit? Or where can I flee from Your
presence?
8 If I ascend into heaven, You are there; If I
make my bed in hell, behold, You are there. 9 If I
take the wings of the morning, And dwell in the
uttermost parts of the sea, 10 Even there Your
hand shall lead me, And Your right hand shall
hold me. 11 If I say, "Surely the darkness shall
fall on me," Even the night shall be light about
me; 12 Indeed, the darkness shall not hide from
You, But the night shines as the day; The
darkness and the light are both alike to You. 13
For You formed my inward parts; You covered me
in my mother's womb. 14 I will praise You, for I
am fearfully and wonderfully made; Marvelous
are Your works, And that my soul knows very
well.
2 Timothy 1:8 Therefore do not be ashamed of the
testimony of our Lord, nor of me His prisoner, but share
with me in the sufferings for the gospel according to
the power of God, 9 who has saved us and called us
with a holy calling, not according to our works, but
according to His own purpose and grace which was
given to us in Christ Jesus before time began, 10 but
has now been revealed by the appearing of our Savior
Jesus Christ, who has abolished death and brought life
and immortality to light through the gospel, 11 to
which I was appointed a preacher, an apostle, and a
teacher of the Gentiles. 12 For this reason I also suffer
these things; nevertheless I am not ashamed, for I
know whom I have believed and am persuaded that He
is able to keep what I have committed to Him until that
Day.
Hebrews 4:14 Seeing then that we have a great
High Priest who has passed through the heavens,
Jesus the Son of God, let us hold fast our
confession. 15 For we do not have a High Priest
who cannot sympathize with our weaknesses, but
was in all points tempted as we are, yet without
sin. 16 Let us therefore come boldly to the throne
of grace, that we may obtain mercy and find
grace to help in time of need.
Romans 8:28 And we know that all things work
together for good to those who love God, to those
who are the called according to His purpose.
Philippians 4:6 Be anxious for nothing, but in
everything by prayer and supplication, with
thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to
God; 7 and the peace of God, which surpasses all
understanding, will guard your hearts and minds
through Christ Jesus.
Matthew 5:6 Blessed are those who hunger and
thirst for righteousness, For they shall be filled.
2 Timothy 3:16 All Scripture is given by
inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine,
for reproof, for correction, for instruction in
righteousness, 17 that the man of God may be
complete, thoroughly equipped for every good
work.
2 Peter 1:3 His divine power has given to us all
things that pertain to life and godliness, through
the knowledge of Him who called us by glory and
virtue,
KJV 2 Timothy 2:15 Study to shew thyself
approved unto God, a workman that needeth not
to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.
1 Peter 3:15 But sanctify the Lord God in your
hearts, and always be ready to give a defense to
everyone who asks you a reason for the hope that
is in you, with meekness and fear; 16 having a
good conscience, that when they defame you as
evildoers, those who revile your good conduct in
Christ may be ashamed.
1 John 3:22 And whatever we ask we receive
from Him, because we keep His commandments
and do those things that are pleasing in His sight.
23 And this is His commandment: that we should
believe on the name of His Son Jesus Christ and
love one another, as He gave us commandment.
24 Now he who keeps His commandments abides
in Him, and He in him. And by this we know that
He abides in us, by the Spirit whom He has given
us.
Hosea 4:6 My people are destroyed for lack of
knowledge. Because you have rejected
knowledge,…
Job 23:12 I have not departed from the
commandment of His lips; I have treasured the
words of His mouth More than my necessary food.
Jeremiah 15:16 Your words were found, and I ate
them, And Your word was to me the joy and
rejoicing of my heart; For I am called by Your
name, O LORD God of hosts.
Psalm 1:1 Blessed is the man Who walks not in
the counsel of the ungodly, Nor stands in the path
of sinners, Nor sits in the seat of the scornful; 2
But his delight is in the law of the LORD, And in
His law he meditates day and night. 3 He shall be
like a tree Planted by the rivers of water, That
brings forth its fruit in its season, Whose leaf also
shall not wither; And whatever he does shall
prosper. 4 The ungodly are not so, But are like
the chaff which the wind drives away. 5
Therefore the ungodly shall not stand in the
judgment, Nor sinners in the congregation of the
righteous. 6 For the LORD knows the way of the
righteous, But the way of the ungodly shall
perish.
Acts 5:40 And they agreed with him, and when
they had called for the apostles and beaten them,
they commanded that they should not speak in
the name of Jesus, and let them go. 41 So they
departed from the presence of the council,
rejoicing that they were counted worthy to suffer
shame for His name. 42 And daily in the temple,
and in every house, they did not cease teaching
and preaching Jesus as the Christ.
Matthew 5:10 Blessed are those who are
persecuted for righteousness' sake, For theirs is
the kingdom of heaven. 11 "Blessed are you
when they revile and persecute you, and say all
kinds of evil against you falsely for My sake. 12
"Rejoice and be exceedingly glad, for great is
your reward in heaven, for so they persecuted the
prophets who were before you.
Romans 4:7 "Blessed are those whose lawless
deeds are forgiven, And whose sins are covered;
8 Blessed is the man to whom the LORD shall not
impute sin."
Acts 8:35 Then Philip opened his mouth, and
beginning at this Scripture, preached Jesus to
him. 36 Now as they went down the road, they
came to some water. And the eunuch said, "See,
here is water. What hinders me from being
baptized?" 37 Then Philip said, "If you believe
with all your heart, you may." And he answered
and said, "I believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of
God." 38 So he commanded the chariot to stand
still. And both Philip and the eunuch went down
into the water, and he baptized him. 39 Now
when they came up out of the water, the Spirit of
the Lord caught Philip away, so that the eunuch
saw him no more; and he went on his way
rejoicing.
Revelation 14:13 Then I heard a voice from
heaven saying to me, "Write: 'Blessed are the
dead who die in the Lord from now on.' " "Yes,"
says the Spirit, "that they may rest from their
labors, and their works follow them."
2 Timothy 4:7 I have fought the good fight, I
have finished the race, I have kept the faith. 8
Finally, there is laid up for me the crown of
righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous
Judge, will give to me on that Day, and not to me
only but also to all who have loved His appearing.
There is happiness in:

• Knowing that we can pray to God and that He
will take care of us
• Studying God’s Word which teaches us
everything we need to know about God and
happiness
• Serving the Lord with our whole heart, mind,
and soul
• Having the forgiveness of sin and the hope of
heaven
