SHOOT-A-THON PLEDGE FORM
Dear Player/Parents:
The Gustine High School Girls Basketball team is sponsoring a Redskin Shoot-a-Thon to emphasize the importance of our off-season
workouts, bonding through competition, and to provide financial support for our program.

Each player will shoot 100 consecutive free throws.
Each player will get $.10 / $.25 / $ .50 / $1 / $2 etc… donations per free throw made (flat donations are welcome and encouraged). The amount of
your pledge will be the result of the players made baskets out of the 100 attempted.
We will be using the proceeds towards badly-needed new uniforms for the upcoming season.
We are asking each player to get a minimum pledge total of $100

Lady Redskin Shoot-A-Thon- Friday, June 20th @ 11:00-2:00 in GHS Gym All PARENTS and SPONSORS are
invited to attend..

ALL PLEDGE MONEY (DONATIOINS) AND FORMS MUST BE HANDED IN TO ONE OF THE COACHES AT
