It will provide students opportunities for the analysis and synthesis of the role of law among nations. Communication will be strictly in English. It will provide students opportunities for the analysis and synthesis of the role of law among nations. Topics will include recognition of states & governments, rights & duties, state responsibility towards aliens, the law of the law of the sea, and issues regarding international diplomacy. Emphasis is placed on English communication, in addition to analytical and critical thinking skills.
