Introduction
Giventhedurationandcomplexityoftheproject,theUniversityanticipatesthatits
agreementwiththeimplementationpartnerwillbetimeandmaterialsforsome
componentsandfixedpriceforothers.Thereforecostproposalswillincludeboth
therateperhourtheproviderwillchargeforvariousconsultingrolesandthe
projectedtotalconsultingcoststosupporttheentireimplementationbasedon
currentknowledgeandassumptions.

C. TotalAnticipatedFeesandExpenses
Basedonyourcurrentunderstandingoftheprojectscopeandyourexperience
workingwithsimilarclients,projectthetotalfeesandexpensesforeachofthe
followingphasesoftheproject.Incompletingthetable,pleasesub‐dividethefees
bytherolesincludedinthetableinsectionA.NotetheUniversitywillcontractwith
theproviderbasedontheratesquotedinsectionAandnegotiateafixedpriceor
nottoexceedlimitforeachtaskorderorprojectphaseduringthelifeofthe
contract.
NOTE:
1) UGAwillonlypayforfeesattheratesprovidedinSectionA.Direct
expensesaredefinedastravel,lodging,meals,perdiem,
courier/overnightshippingcosts.Alldirectexpensesmustbe
substantiatedbyreceipts.
2) Supplier cannot exceed the applicable fiscal year GSA per diem for Athens,
Clarke County, Georgia. This includes lodging and meals.
