Tailored time-critical shipments of any weight and size - call our Special Service team to find the service that will meet your need for urgent shipment.

importer/buyer.

EXPRESS:
Multiple dutiable shipments into the same country will be consolidated into a single
dutiable shipment (parent shipment) having a single waybill. After customs clearance,
each individual shipment will be delivered to the final consignee. Duties and VAT will be
charged to one single importer in the recipient country. For rates to the destination,
please call our Customer Service. NOTE: DHL may make special data transfer
requirements.

If you have not transferred data electronically in due time, or have not provided correct
label, DHL Express may impose a surcharge on your shipment to cover the
administrative costs of having to enter the data manually or re-label, to ensure lower
probability of inconsistent piece handling.

weight (70kg) specified in the service descriptions above, we will convert your shipment
to the next service or carries your shipment against a surcharge. If you book an oversize

In order to continue to ensure a high level of service to you, we have a handling fee for
non-stackable pallets. Consignments of this type require additional measures and
equipment for special handling of the shipment will be picked up all the way through to

The fee will be charged when one or more of the following applies. The sender has given
clear instructions not to stack via one of several marking methods. In case of inadequate
packaging or lack of packaging. If shipping form or content of the goods on the pallet,
prevent the safe stacking with another pallet or other non pallet parcel.

The cleaning up and subsequent disposal of small or large spills of liquids, dangerous
goods and unknown contents that in serious cases also require emergency third party
assistance; cause disruption to the sort operation; or contaminate other
pieces/shipments.
DHL repacks a shipment/piece on behalf of a Customer in order to ensure its safe
transportation across the network, triggered either by a specific Customer request or
when the packaging is not compliant with DHL network standards.
DHL Express reaches every corner of the world: Delivery or pick-up is available in remote

DHL Express invoices on the basis of the data contained in the waybill/the electronic
booking form. If you use an incorrect account number internally, please correct it in your
accounting department. In case of errors in the waybill or if unnotified changes to the
address or similar changes on issued invoices are requested, we re-invoice against a

DHL will as far as possible identify the correct shipping address – if the existing
information provided by the sender is either incorrect or incomplete.
The fee will be charged for any shipment that cannot be delivered due to one or more of
the following: Inaccurate or incomplete shipping address Information at the time of
pickup. The receiver is moved from the address given on the label / waybill. The receiver
is no longer employed at the company stated on the label / waybill and the company
refuses to accept the shipment.
