competition. Every week your child can play
two rated league games with other members
of the club.
Classes are conducted by International
Chess Coach, John Marble. The lessons are
the same as those he gives his national and
state champions.
This is a round robin event, and the kids are
competing for gift certificates and bragging
rights within the club.
The chess leagues are ongoing, weekly competitions within the club, kids compete for
prizes like gift certificates, medals and trophies.
Leagues are skill-level appropriate, and
conducted under full USCF rules. These are
USCF rated games, and your child will be
rated within the United States Chess Federation.
