Why
Our specialty as a company is to provide unique, world-class experiences to
the Corporate world, the Hospitality Industry and Individual Clients. We
oversee every step in the planning and hosting of each function.
We have three full time event consultants and offer complete planning,
decorating, catering and set up services. We also arrange special lighting,
audiovisual equipment for presentations, music and entertainment.
Events Africa clearly understands the quality and ambience required for a
launch/event - and the fact that the occasion calls for the type of event we
are most familiar with.
By working with our team, your guests will enjoy an exclusive, well-run and
enjoyable event.
Launch / Event Proposal
•
Coordinate and source suppliers and vendors
•
Design and decorate the venue based on the client’s specifications
•
Source and provide technical equipment for the event, i.e., audio visual
equipment
•
Source and provide PA system, projectors, screens, microphones, etc,
including the technical support
•
Provide an MC (Master of Ceremony)
•
Provide hostesses for the launch event
Launch / Event Proposal
•
Source and provide entertainment if requested
•
Launch day event management and production, i.e., food & beverage
service, distribution of promotional gifts, etc
•
Follow-up: On receipt of your guest list, Invitations will be hand
delivered by a courier and Events Africa will handle all RSVP
requirements
•
Provide Photography, Videography on the day of the launch/event
•
PR, Media coverage and liaison
