
20m x 20m area. A circle of cones around the periphery of the area.

1 - All players inside the circle with a ball. Players perform techniques (left foot only,
right foot only, ball dancing, roll backs, side taps).

When the coach calls out a number the players must quickly get into groups of that
number. Any players that are not in a group do a forfeit (5 star jumps). When the
coach shouts “Cone” the players must stop their ball and run to touch a cone before
returning to their ball and continuing.

2 - Place sets of 3 cones inside the circle. Half of the players move to a cone on the
outside of the circle and the other half start on the inside with a ball. Players on the
inside must dribble through a set of 3 cones and then dribble to a player on the outside of the circle.

The player on the outside then takes the ball to a set of three cones, dribbles through
them and advances to a player on the outside of the circle (NOT the same player who
gave them the ball).
