Inviting Quotations for Supply of Drinking Water for Academic Centre, ICPR, Lucknow for the Year 2017-18
Academic Centre of Indian Council of Philosophical Research (ICPR), 3/9, Vipul Khand, Gomati
Nagar, Lucknow – 226 010, an organization under the MHRD, Government of India hereby invites
quotations for of Drinking Water for Academic Centre, ICPR, Lucknow for the Year 2017-18 on
periodical basis to meet its requirements depending upon the intakes, on the following terms and
conditions. There is no prescribed format for the quotations, but the quotation must bear the name
and signature of the concerned authority and name of the firm, with valid registration No.
The Office has a daily uses of approximately 4 to 5 bottles of drinking water. The quotation should
clearly mention the rate(s) of each bottle without tax, and the rate will be valid and unchangeable
for one year w.e.f. the award of the order. The taxes should be mentioned as per Govt., norms,
which may be changeable as per rule of the Govt.
Terms and conditions:1. The supply should be made to the Office campus 3/9,Vipul Khand, Gomti Nagar,Lucknow226010.
2. Supply should be done every alternate day (thrice in a week) / as per requirement, at the
mentioned rates. Punctuality is a must.
3. Payment will be made on monthly basis on production of the bills with applicable TDS through
ECS. For this a filled-in ECS form will be submitted after award of the contract.
4. The supply will be prompt and the quality of water will be upto the mark and safe for
consumption. Otherwise, the supply order will be terminated at any time, if awarded. If awarded,
the supplier may certify that the water they supply is safe for consumption
5. In case of charging service charges/vat, the registration no of the supplier may be recorded in the
bill. The firm must be registered under Govt., agencies/organization as required, and have all
permission and legal certification for the service and supply.
6. The decision of ICPR will be final.
7. All legal matters, if any, will be taken under the jurisdiction of the concerned authority at
Lucknow, only.
The office reserves the right to accept or reject any/all the quotations without assigning any reason
thereof.
Sealed quotation, mentioning “Quotation for Drinking Water” on the envelope and addressed to the
undersigned may be dropped in the drop box kept in the ICPR office or may be sent by post to
reach at the ICPR office not later than 2:00 p.m. on 10.07.2017.
