ACTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the actions taken on the matters set for hearing at the Regular Meeting of the San Mateo City Planning Commission held on Monday, December 8, 1997 in the Council Chambers, City Hall, are indicated below. AGENDA ITEM 1 HEARING ITEM *PA 97-072 BRIDGEPOINTE RETAIL MODIFICATION, 200 Bridgepointe Pkwy. (APN 035-451-160). A. Addendum to Previously Certified Environmental Impact Report B. Modification of the Bridgepointe Master Plan to replace the Ice Rink with retail/restaurant uses. C. Site Plan and Architectural Review of the design details of the modifications to the “Ice Rink” structure. Third Avenue (APN 033-162-160). This project includes a proposal to demolish the existing Standard Brands paint store building and build a 50-unit apartment project. The proposal includes 10 studios, 19 1-bedroom and 21 2bedroom units. An underground parking garage with 99 parking spaces (including 14 tandem spaces) is proposed.
