Thank you for your interest in the Junior World Rally Championship in association with DMACK. Please complete and
sign this registration form and return it to Michał Moździerz [email protected].
Entries will be open on the January 2nd 2017; however the initial selection date will be Thursday 2nd February 2017.
We have already had an overwhelming number of interested drivers so to be in with the best chance of gaining a
place please return your registration form before the beginning of February.
Successful applicants will be notified in writing and offered an entry into the championship based upon completion
of a commercial contract being signed by the driver and returned to M-Sport within 2 weeks of receipt of the
contract, unless an extension is agreed. The official FIA JWRC registration form will also need to be completed, prior
to acceptance.

Driver Profile
Previous Competition History:
I started rallying in 2012 in local rallysprints and rallyspecials, whilst at the same time competing on racetracks in the
Finnish Touring Car Championship. In 2013 I did my first pacenote rally in the youth class of the Norwegian
championship, and again competed in the FTCC. In 2014 I started in my second Norwegian championship rally, and
later that year, at the age of 18, I started in two ADAC Opel Rallye Cup contests, and in 2015 I raced the whole
season in that class. Additionally, in 2015, I did my first Finnish Championship round in a Fiesta R2, and competed
the whole season in the Audi Sport TT Cup. In 2016 I started in three FRC rounds, and also did the whole season in
Audi Sport TT Cup and ADAC GT Masters. This year I’ve started in three FRC rounds.
Major Achievements In Rallying / Motorsport:
My first win in rallying came in 2012 in the Raisio Rallyspecial. In 2013 I won the national Norwegian youth class in
Rally Numedal, and came second in the FTCC. In 2015 I finished fourth in my first FRC rally in a Fiesta R2, and also
took two podiums in the ADAC Opel Rallye Cup. In the Audi Sport TT Cup I took one pole position and podium. In
2016 I finished twice on the Podium in the TT Cup. In 2017, I have won two FRC rounds, and finished second in one.
Major Achievements Outside Motorsport:
I graduated from an International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme in 2015, and am now studying finance,
accounting and commercial law in Hanken School of Economics.
Additionally, my band, in which I play the piano and sing, won a local talent competition by performing Bohemian
Rhapsody.

In 2015, in the ADAC Opel Rallye Cup, I started ADAC Rallye Deutschland, but in a national class. Nevertheless, we
drove all stages except for one. In the first section of the rally I finished third. The car was a Opel Adam Cup vehicle.
