Moor Veterinary Clinic Branches within 18 months of prize draw deadline) except
employeesandtheirfamilies(immediatefamilymembersofthesamehousehold)
Theentrant(s)mustbeaged18orover.Proofofidentifyandagemayberequired.
Entrants into the prize draw shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and
Conditions.
Entriesthatareincomplete,illegibleorindecipherablewillnotbevalidanddeemed
void.
Noresponsibilitycanbeacceptedforentrieslost,damagedordelayedinthepost.
To enter the Free Prize Draw you must complete an entry form and submit your
name,address,telephonenumberandemailaddress.Nopurchaseisnecessary.
Only one entry per household. Entries on behalf of another person will not be
accepted.
The closing date of the Prize Draw is midnight Friday 18th August 2017. Entries
receivedoutsidethistimeperiodwillnotbeconsidered.
The winners will be chosen from a random draw of entries received in accordance
with these Terms and Conditions. The draw will be performed at Friars Moor
VeterinaryClinic,SturminsterNewtononWednesday23rdAugust2017.
The prizes are as stated (a full list is available upon request), no cash or other
alternativeswillbeoffered.
Thewinnersareresponsibleforexpensesandarrangementsnotspecificallyincluded
intheprizes,including,withoutlimitationanynecessarytravel.
Prizesaresubjecttoavailabilityandtheprizesuppliers’termsandconditions.
FriarsMoorreservetherighttoamendoralterthetermsandconditionsatanytime
andrejectentrantsnotenteringintothespiritofthecompetition.
Thewinnersagreetotheuseoftheirnameandphotographandwillco-operatewith
anyotherreasonablerequestsbyFriarsMoorVeterinaryClinicrelatingtoanypostwinningpublicity.
Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winners. If a winner cannot be
contacted, or are unable to comply with these Terms and Conditions Friars Moor
Veterinary Clinic reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant
drawnatrandom.

Failure to respond and/or provide contact details or failure to meet the eligibility
mayresultinforfeitureoftheprize.
