OVERVIEW
What is Fan Mobile Pass?
Fan Mobile Pass (FMP) is a QR code that enhances fan experiences at events by:
 Providing a “Single Sign On” for fans to register one time only for all Super Bowl experiences
 Delivering curated content such as photos and videos
 Housing constantly updated event information and maps
 Providing opportunities to enter sweepstakes and win prizes and giveaways
 Offering a chance to participate in interactive games
Registration is FREE for Fan Mobile Pass – no purchase necessary.
How does Fan Mobile Pass work?
Fans register only one time on a computer, mobile device or within the Super Bowl LI Houston - Fan
Mobile Pass app. After registration, a fan will receive his/her FMP in the form of a QR code. This QR code
will allow the fan to scan into different activities and events. Content such as photos and videos from
different activations will be delivered to the fan via email and will appear on the fan’s personalized
landing page where he/she can share the content to social media.
Where can I use Fan Mobile Pass?
Fan Mobile Pass can be used at the following Super Bowl events:
 NFL Experience Driven by Genesis
 Super Bowl LIVE
 Super Bowl Opening Night Fueled by Gatorade
 GameDay Fan Plaza (Super Bowl LI ticketholders only)
REGISTRATION
What is the age requirement for Fan Mobile Pass registration?
In order to register, fans must be over the age of 18. Anyone under the age of 18 can be added as a
minor to a specific adult account during registration.
What happens if I enter incorrect information during registration?
Please register again with the correct information.
Note, it is important you provide correct information in order to be eligible to win prizes.
What happens if I forget to enter the minors attached to my Fan Mobile Pass during registration?
Please register again with the minors that will be attending the event with you.
Will minors have their own Fan Mobile Pass?
Yes, minors will receive their own Fan Mobile Pass. During registration, adults have the option to add up
to 5 minors to their registration. After registration, the adult will receive their Fan Mobile Pass along
with the minor(s) Fan Mobile Pass. Minors can use their own Fan Mobile Pass to engage with onsite
activities and their content / media will be delivered to the associated adult’s email and personal landing
page.
What if I do not have a smart phone?
You may register for Fan Mobile Pass on your desktop or onsite at any FMP event. To register on your
desktop, please visit NFL.com/FanMobilePass. If you register onsite, you will receive a business card with
your QR code. For all other methods of registration, fans will receive their Fan Mobile Pass via email.

Where can I download the Super Bowl LI Houston - Fan Mobile Pass app?

What happens if I register for Fan Mobile Pass before I download the Super Bowl LI Houston - Fan
Mobile Pass app?
Once you’ve downloaded the app, you will be directed to a screen with a “login” button. Please click on
the button and login with the email address or phone number you used to register. Your Fan Mobile
Pass will appear in the app on the top right corner for easy access.
PRIZES
How do I win prizes?
In the app, you will find in the navigation bar “My NFL.” Click on “My NFL” to view a list of badge
locations where you can check in with your Fan Mobile Pass. Once you have checked in at a badge
location, the badge will “light up” (i.e. appear in color versus black and white).
The more check-in’s you accumulate, the better your chances are to win prizes. Prizes are not
guaranteed to all fans using the app/Fan Mobile Pass. You will be notified via text message or email if
you have won.

GAME PARTICIPATION
Can I participate in interactive games without Fan Mobile Pass?
For your safety while participating in interactive games, you will be required to accept the waiver when
registering for Fan Mobile Pass. For fans under the age of 18, an adult will need to accept the waiver on
your behalf. All games that require Fan Mobile Pass will be marked with signs onsite.
