JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for executing skilled general maintenance tasks such as laying carpet,
installing vinyl title and vinyl wall covering.

1. Installs new carpet, vinyl flooring and vinyl wall covering.

Cleans used carpet in order to be re-used, assists in cleaning areas where carpet or
vinyl has been installed and repairs existing vinyl floors.

Drives vehicle to transport equipment or supplies to different campuses.

Operates, cleans and maintains tools and equipment for floor and carpet laying,
wall covering and vinyl floor covering,

Performs other duties as assigned.

REPORTING RELATIONSHIP: Construction Manager
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: No direct supervision; work lead responsibilities only.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION: Completion of high school or equivalent and completion of trade school or
specialized training.
EXPERIENCE: Seven (7) years.
CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURES: Valid driver’s license.

Skills/Abilities: Good organizational skills and the ability to analyze, measure and prepare
for a job.
