Peak to Hold Conference Call to Discuss Third Quarter Financial Results
MONTREAL, QUEBEC – (NEWSFILE – October 19, 2016) – Peak Positioning Technologies Inc. (CSE:
PKK) (“Peak” or the “Company”) today announced that it will hold an investor conference call to discuss
its consolidated financial results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2016.
Peak recently announced that its wholly-owned Shanghai-based subsidiary, Asia Synergy Technologies
(“AST”), had conducted transactions generating revenues in excess of CA$30M for the quarter. By
holding the conference call, Peak aims to provide investors with more clarity into those revenues and
some guidance for upcoming quarters. Some of the topics expected to be addressed during the call will
include how AST accounts for revenues and what profit margins were realised on the transactions.
Peak’s financial results for the third quarter are due to be filed no later than on November 30, 2016. The
Company expects to file its results prior to that date and plans to hold the conference call shortly
thereafter. The details of the conference call, including the date on which it will be held and the dial-in
information, will be provided in an upcoming news release to announce the filing of Peak’s financial
statements for the third quarter.
