 Go to the DBG portal: https://www.volgistics.com/ex/portal.dll/?FROM=16383

o Enter your login name and password
 Login = e-mail address
 Password = 7 digit phone number (not including the area code)

 You’ll find your home page, which looks like this:

 Click the tab on the top that says “Time Sheet”
o
 Enter the correct date, the assignment that you completed, and how many hours
you did the assignment. For example:
o
o
 This person did clerical work on February 14th, 2013 for three and a
half hours
 Click the green “Continue” button, and you’ll get to this screen:
o
o
 If everything looks correct, click “Yes” – you’ll get to this screen:
o
o
 You can see recent volunteer work you did. And you are done! Good job! 
