Project Updates
• Vangstad: Still working on punch list.
• Flood Wall:
• College Street
• Completed.
• Levees/Parking Lots
• Working on putting up parking barriers in the gravel lots to
help with traffic flow.
• Heat Plant: Working through underground issues
with steam lines. Project is still on track.
Project Updates
• Wellness Center: Blinds are being installed. We
have a move-in timeline (1st week in October).
• Athletics Project:
• Gym floor- Done.
• Egress- will be signing a contract soon, work to begin in next
couple weeks.
• Hall of Fame Room- plaques.
• Graichen & FH Wall Pads- Graichen pads have been installed.
• Graichen Weight Room- gathering estimates.
• Charlie Brown Scoreboard- moving forward.
Project Updates
• Student Center Upper Lounge: Complete.
• McFarland Stabilization: Contractor is finishing up
until Hayward Baker is on site. Classrooms will need to
be “put back together” after stabilizing is done.
• Field House Parking Lot: On hold.
• Gazebo: Complete.
