GAME DAY PARTIES FAQ’S
HOW MANY PEOPLE AM I ABLE TO INVITE TO A SHARKS GAME DAY PARTY?
You can invite as many people as you wish, however, our minimum charge is based on 20 guests.
CAN I BRING MY OWN FOOD, DRINKS & CAKE?
Unfortunately, due to stadium regulations, food & drink cannot be bought into Southern Cross Group Stadium. You are, however
permitted to bring your own cake. Please note that drinks are NOT included in the Game Day Party catering package.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I CHANGE MY MIND ABOUT THE SHARKS GAME DAY PARTY?
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to lock in your party as we are restricted to one party group per home game. The
remaining 50% is due 1 week before game day. If you do change your mind or poor weather is forecasted, no refund will be
made available.
CAN I BRING OTHER GUESTS INTO THE PARTY AREA WHO ARE ALREADY ATTENDING THE GAME?
Yes, you can invite as many guests into the party zone if they are already attending the game, however they will not be included
in the catering numbers nor will they receive a game day ride priority wristband.
If you would like to purchase an additional general admission ticket for someone to come into the venue and join the party zone
(excluding rides and catering) these will be charged at $15ea.
CAN WE CHOOSE OUR PARTY LOCATION ON FAMILY HILL?
The location of the party zone on family hill is a set location for all 12 home games at Southern Cross Group Stadium in 2017.
The party zone will include a marquee and a roped of area.
WHEN DO I RECEIVE MY PARTY WRISTBANDS?
Your allocated wristbands will include entry, catering & rides. They will be available from the Leagues Club reception for pick up
once final payment for the party has been received
