According to the letter of BRINGUIER, OSWALD distributed
such handbills on Canal Street, New Orleans, on August 9,
.1963. Also, according to the letter of BRZNGUIER, OSWALD
had distributed such handbills in the name of A. J. HIDELL.
In addition, according to the letter of BRINGUIER, OSWALD
had. distributed pamphlets entitled, "The Crime Against Cuba,"
by CORLISS LAMONT, printed by "Basic Pamphlets," Box 42,
Cathedral Station, New York City.
Also, in his letter to LANUSA, BRINOUIER had
enclosed an Autostat of a blank application for membership
in the 27 POC New Orleans. According to LANUSA, a DP.E member
Orleans, not identical with BRINOUIER, had obtained
at
the a-;::lication from OSW.IAD preparatory to an attempt by
