Contract ID: 17B00043 Contract Name: Proposed Construction of Bureau of Local Government Finance (BLGF) Perimeter Fence and Gate Contract Location: Regional Government Center, Carig Sur, Tuguegarao City, province of Cagayan Brief Description of the Project: Perimeter Fence and Gate Layout Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC): ₧1,090,578.02 Source of Funds: BLGF Regular Fund Contract Duration: 48 C.D. The BAC is conducting the public bidding for these Contracts in accordance with Republic Act 9184 and its Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR). To be eligible to bid for this contract, a contractor must meet the following major requirements: (a) Filipino citizen or 75% Filipino-owned partnership/corporation with PCAB license for Size Range Medium A to Large B (For Project No. 1) and Small B to Large B (For Project No. 2) (b) completion of a similar contract costing at least 50% of the ABC*, and (c) Net Financial Contracting Capacity (NFCC) at least equal to the ABC. The DPWH will use non-discretionary “pass/fail” criteria in the eligibility check. The completeness and correctness of the bid will be determined during the detailed evaluation of bids. Contractors shall also be able to meet the postqualification criteria of the project as stated in the bidding documents of the projects.
