under the provisions of the Companies Act. Its Articles of Association include the following provisions:1. Principal Objects
(a) To promote for the public benefit rural regeneration following principles of sustainable development and
(b) To advance the education of the community with regard to its environment, culture and/or history.
2. Membership Criteria
Membership allows voting and the right to stand as a Director of the company if over 18 and voting only if aged
between16-18. Criteria of membership are available upon request.
