Password Resets
Check junk/spam folder for password reset email.
Have technology coordinator confirm the sender’s air.org and airast.org
are whitelisted in firewall settings as the firewall may be blocking the
password email. After this step is completed, use the “Forgot Password”
link to reset password again.
Contact the AIR Help Desk and ask the agent handling the call to refer to
“SuperHelp Ticket 2517.” These steps will enable an alternate temporary
password.
Remain on the telephone to confirm receipt of the temporary password
from Step 3. If Step 3 is unsuccessful, please let the agent know and the
agent will call the school’s main number and ask to speak with you. This
is done to verify identity for security purposes. The password will be reset
manually by the agent.

Chrome OS 47
• AIR is working to support Chrome OS 47.
• If your county’s testing device package
includes Chromebooks, please be aware that
WVDE is working with AIR on this issue.
• The option to remain at Chrome OS 46 by
freezing Chrome updates exists.
• Questions regarding Chrome updates should
be directed to your WVDE tech contact.
