I.
Membership of the Club shall consist of families or single persons
over the age of 18 years.
II.
No member shall have any proprietary interest in or to any assets of
the Club.
III. No member shall have the right to transfer his membership.
Membership fees are payable on an annual basis and there shall be no
refunds for cancellation.
IV. Each member in good standing shall have the right to use the
facilities of the Club subject to the rules and any regulations that may be
adopted from time to time by the Board of Directors of the Club. Engaging
in profane or disruptive conduct, violation of any rules or regulations or
failure to pay when due any amounts owed to the Club may subject the
member to expulsion or suspension of his or her Club privileges, as
determined by the management.
V.
Family $575.00 per year, for a married couple with or without
children residing in the same household. Single $340.00 per year, for
individuals over the age of 18. Extended Family $670.00 per year, to
include parents, children, or grandchildren who live outside the tricommunity. Limited to 10 people.
VI. Minor children under age 12 must be supervised by a responsible
adult.
VII. The Club, a privately owned corporation, may refuse membership to
any person.
VIII. The Club shall not be liable to any member, his family or guests of a
member, for any loss of or damage to property (including any automobile,
motorcycle or bicycle) or for personal injury or death, suffered on the
Club’s premises. Each person hereby waives any claims thereto and
releases the Club and its owners and management from any and all
liability in connection therewith.
IX. The initiation fee for joining this Club shall be the sum of $100.00,
payable when presenting an application for membership. All new
members and any returning members who let their membership lapse
shall pay this fee.
X. A guest must be known to and accompanied by a member in good
standing at all times, year round. Guest passes will be sold to members in
good standing at rates and quantity as determined by the Board of
Directors.
XI. Any damage done by a member, or his guest, to Club property shall
be the responsibility of that member.
XII. Membership in this Club shall be purely social and the season for the
operation of the Club will be on a year-round basis.
XIII.
I authorize any emergency medical treatment deemed necessary
for myself and my family while on the grounds of the Club.
XIV.
You are responsible for reading and knowing the rules of the
weight room. They are posted in the room. Guests and children are
not permitted in the weight room facility at any time. Suspention of
membership will be imposed for violators. First time users must attend
an orientation to the fitness center.
Applicant, on behalf of applicant and his/her family members agrees to defend
and hold harmless Wrightwood Country Club, its directors, employees,
shareholders, officers and agents free and harmless from and against all costs,
claims and actions arising from personal injuries, property damage or other
damages that may arise from or alleged to be caused by the applicant’s use or
occupancy of the premises, whether such claim is caused by negligence of the
Club or otherwise.
