Beverage Pricing
Cash Bar - Guests purchase their drinks on an individual basis.
Open Bar - Guests order beverages of their choice and the host is charged for all alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages (excluding
soda). The host may designate a limit, or end the open bar at any time throughout the evening. All beverages are subject to a 15% gratuity
and the appropriate sales tax.
Banquet Price Including Cocktails - The host will be given drink tickets for each guest. The tickets are used for alcoholic and
non-alcoholic beverages (excluding soda, doubles, pitchers of beer, carafes and bottles of wine). Once the guest has used his or her tickets,
cash will be collected from the individual guest for all additional drinks.
Drink Tickets - Prime Quarter will provide the host with drink tickets (a designated number of tickets is confirmed by the host prior to
the function), and these are given to each guest. The tickets are good for any alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverage (excluding soda), and
each beverage is billed to the host. The cocktails are subject to a 15% gratuity and the appropriate sales tax.
