As we increase our digital offering, we will develop new
services so they can be made available as either RETAIL or
WHOLESALE.

ATO app
› The latest release included a Business
Performance Check tool and a myDeductions
tool.
› A release currently scheduled for late September
will enable users to create their voiceprint via the
app use this to authenticate to access our online
services for individuals via the app (or the next
time they call our contact centres).

ATO online services – Tax Time 2015 release
› In July, the ATO released a new suite of functionality via ATO online service for
individuals and sole traders, including:
‒ a personalised homepage.
‒ the ability to view accounts (balances and detailed transactions) and upcoming due
dates across income tax, activity statement and loan accounts.
‒ enhancements to payment functionality generally and payment plan functionality for
income tax
And...they can do it from a:

• tablet
• smart phone • smart TV

Web chat expansion
› Real-time, online conversation with
an ATO customer service officer
