Fan Translation has an added disclaimer before the game starts.

Favorite foods in Japanese version were : Fluffy omelettes, Peperoncino, Piping hot gratin,
Croquette rolls, Soy milk stew, Peach gelatin, and Plain rice. In the Fan Translation the favorite
foods were changed to omelets, pasta, gratin, donuts, stew, gelatin, and rice.
Several lines in the game had to be changed grammatically in case of the favorite food being
plural.
The favorite things in the Japanese version were: LOVE, Home run, Mach, Top of the
line(consumer electronics), Mt. Fuji, Cameras, and Watering(with a hose or gardening can). In
the Fan Translation “Top of the line” was changed to “Top Spec” and “Cameras” was made
singular.
In the Japanese naming screen, there are six slots for letters. In the Fan Translation this was
lengthened to eight slots.
The item “Battle Memory” was added in the Fan Translation. The Battle Memory keeps record
of all enemies fought, and all enemies fought facing front and back if possible.
In the Fan Translation the item name “Janaika Tea” was changed to “Innit Tea”.
Item names in the Fan Translation have articles added in front.
In the Japanese version, in the battle screen, after winning there was a graphic displaying “YOU
WIN!” In the Fan Translation this was changed to “YOU WON!”
The name of the graveyard in Tazmily Village was changed from “Misoshire Cemetary” to Sunset
Cemetery” in the Fan Translation.
The names of the two men in Tazmily who make jokes were changed from “Entotsu” and
“Achato” to “Bud” and “Lou”.
In Chapter 4, during the intro, in the Japanese version there are two appearances of overlay text
saying “Three Years Later.” In the Fan Translation the first instance of this text was removed.
In the Fan Translation some character names(will replace later with actual names) were added
to the cast roll in the credits.











