Goal – To know students well by
implementing the concept of personalization
on a daily basis with particular emphasis on
helping students to develop a community of
learners born of respect, trust, courage.

Advisory groups of 10 students meet daily
with a staff advisor.




9th grade – Provide students with a small, supportive community in
which they can learn and practice the behaviors and skills needed to
become successful, responsible, and involved leaders in the
Souhegan community.
10th grade – To reflect on individual growth and identify learning
styles based on Division I experience in order to transition to Div. II.
Division 1 Exhibition
11th grade – To apply knowledge of himself/herself to their Div. II
experience as well as prepare for life after Souhegan. Post Grad

12th grade – To apply his/her identified passions to their culminating
experience as they move beyond Souhegan.
