Pair Up for Power Rewards Program.

Purchase a minimum of 5 gallons of Fortalis®
and pair up with your preferred combination
soybean fungicide for application on a minimum
of 45 acres of soybeans
Incentive
$1.00/acre
($9.10/gallon)
Program Conditions
• Soybean growers in all states where Fortalis® is registered for use are eligible.
• To qualify for the Pair Up for Power Rebate, the grower must purchase a minimum of 5 gallons of Fortalis® and pair with
their preferred strobilurin/triazole fungicide for application with Fortalis® on a minimum of 45 acres of soybeans.
• All Pair Up for Power Rebate payments will be based on retailer-reported grower level sales of Fortalis® and reporting of
the stobilurin/triazole foliar fungicide that was paired with Fortalis®.
• Combination foliar fungicides labeled for use on soybeans have more than one mode-of-action and include Aproach® Prima,
Avaris®, Fortix®, Preemptor®, Priaxor®, Priaxor® D, Quadris Top® SB, Quadris Top SBX®, Stratego® YLD, and others.
• Eligible rebates will be paid by December 15, 2017.
2017 Fortalis® Pair Up for Power Rewards Program applies to all states within the United States where Fortalis® is registered for use. Only Fortalis® purchased from an authorized Plant Impact Retailer
is eligible for payment under this program. Program is subject to product availability. Plant Impact, Inc. reserves the right to cancel or modify this program at any time without any notice and to audit
documentation supporting reported grower purchasers.
