Enter your abstract here. The abstract should be typed in English. The text is requested to consist of less
than 1600 characters. You can enter superscripts (Ex: YBa2Cu3O7), subscripts (Ex: 2 x 107) and Greek
letters using HTML tags, but figures cannot be attached. Please follow instructions in the abstract
submission system. Abstracts should be submitted to one of the following categories.
1) Physics and Chemistry, 2) Wires and Bulk, 3) Electronic Devices,
4) Large Scale System Applications, 5) Plenary lecture
The deadline of the abstract submission is September 16, 2016.
Abstracts of all the ISS presentations will be posted on the ISS2016 website in November. An abstract
booklet and a handy program book containing titles and authors of all the presentations and useful
information will be handed out to all participants at the registration desk on site.
