Using Cascade's Image Editor
The image editor within Cascade allows you to perform simple changes–resize, rotate, flip or crop–to your
images. The image editor works with the following file types:

To begin editing an existing image:
1. Find the picture you would like to edit 2. Click the name of the picture. The picture will load in the main content area of the page 3. Click the edit tab at the top of the page 4. Make your edits and click submit to save your changes How to Make Edits
1. Resizing
The current width and height of the image are listed in the width and height fields. Changing the values in
the width and height boxes will change the dimensions of your image. After changing the values, click
the
button to right of the height field to view your changes. NOTE: It is advised that you DO NOT
use cascade to scale your images to a larger size. Doing so will cause pixelization and reduced image
quality.

4. Cropping
Cropping is the removal of the outter parts of an image. Begin cropping an image by selecting the part of
the image you want to crop:
1. Hover the cursor over image where you want to begin your selection. The cursor will turn into a crosshair 2. Click and drag to make your selection. After making your selection click the crop button

5. Undo/Redo
You can undo edits you have made before submitting the changes by clicking the undo button

6. Submit
If you are happy with your changes, click the submit button. Failing to click the submit button will erase
any edits that you make.
