Section 1 – National Wedding Show Welcome Letter

Dear Exhibitor
Thank you for supporting this year’s National Wedding Show. The details are here to assist you, please take the
opportunity to read them carefully and complete and return the appropriate forms. However, please feel free to call me at
any time should you require any further information or clarification.
LISTED BELOW ARE SOME POINTS TO REMEMBER: -

REMINDER: Friday opening 10am until 5pm

All stands must be ready by 9am on Friday, the first day of the show opening.

Do not leave your stand unmanned at any time during the show. If you have to leave in an emergency, please
contact the organiser’s office before you leave.

Do not close early on the open days

Please be on your stand in time for the show opening

Night sheets must be removed prior to opening and not put back up until the show closes

Under no circumstances can you breakdown your stand whilst the show is open. This contravenes all health and
safety rules

All stand holders must have a valid exhibitor pass to gain entry to the show. These are now to be collected onsite.
STAND MANAGEMENT RULES: 
Mirrors, mannequins, boxes to stand on and other stand exhibits found in the aisles causing obstructions in the
mandatory gangways will be removed from the hall. This is a health and safety requirement and there are no
contraventions to this rule.

Leaflets cannot be given out other than from your stand. There is to be no wondering staff in aisles, feature,
catering & foyer areas distributing leaflets, promotional material or showing goods

Ensure all your products are within your contracted space.

No Fascia defacing. Only the standard uniform show fascia board must be used as there is a weight restriction to
the framework of the stand. Nothing can be hung from the outer shell stand.

No stand sharing or subletting under any circumstances is allowed

Changing rooms are not to be used for storage or any other purposes other than a changing room

Please ensure to keep to your allocated changing room only

Please read the Terms and Conditions in the online manual for more details on rules & regulations

Do not play music louder than 65db or during any of the feature sessions. Do not also play for longer than 10
minutes every hour. Please be mindful of your neighbours when music is played.
Finally, all exhibitors are reminded that they must complete the Statement of Responsibility Form. In addition, we would
suggest that exhibitors complete a risk assessment that covers the build up, break down and open periods. For Space
Only stands and for exhibitors with items of Special Risk, a Risk Assessment must be undertaken and submitted. There
are no exceptions to this as current guidelines insist on written information detailing control measures put in place to
reduce any risk of injury. Again, if you need any clarification or assistance, please do not hesitate to call me. Thank you
for your co-operation.
I look forward to meeting you on-site and working with you on the National Wedding Show.
Kind regards
Lucy Oliver-Cox
