We want your move-in process to be as smooth as possible. In an effort to achieve this, we have designated move-in
times for all students based on floors, program and student status. Listed below are your move-in dates and times.

INTERNATIONAL NEW STUDENT MOVE-IN

RETURNING STUDENT MOVE-IN
IMPORTANT:




Due to all schools having similar academic calendars, there are a large number of residents moving into the UC
each day. Therefore, it is imperative for traffic flow, parking and staffing that residents move-in at their
designated dates/times.
Move-ins taking place outside the provided scheduled time may result in a $100 improper move-in charge.
Early move-in requests may be accommodated based on pre-approval from UC Management. Contact
[email protected]. You can request to move-in up to two (2) days prior to your regularly scheduled
move-in date, in additional there is fee of $75 per night.
Please be aware there are no scheduled move-ins on Monday, September 5 due to Labor Day Holiday.
Arrangements to move-in that day must be made with UC Management no later than 4pm on Friday, September
2. Failure to make prior arrangements will result in a $150 improper move-in fee.
