THIS PROMOTION AND/OR ANY PARTS THEREOF, INCLUDING THE AWARD OF ANY
PRIZES, IS VOID OUTSIDE THE STATE OF ARIZONA.
The Arizona Lottery iHeartRadio Concert Cash Bash Giveaway (“Promotion”) is sponsored by the
Arizona Lottery (“Sponsor”), 4740 E. University Drive, Phoenix, AZ 85034, and is administered by Prize
Logic, LLC, (“Administrator”), 25200 Telegraph Road, Suite 405, Southfield, MI 48033. Sponsor,
Administrator, and any of their respective owners, parent companies, affiliates, directors, subsidiaries,
franchisees, representatives, advertising, promotion and production agencies, and agents are referred to
herein, collectively, as “Promotion Entities.”
1. PROMOTION PERIOD: The Promotion includes two (2) separate entry phases (each a “Phase”).
Phase 1 includes an instant win game and sweepstakes. Phase 2 only includes one (1) sweepstakes.
Phase 1 and Phase 2 are collectively referred to in these rules as the “Promotion Period”.
Phase 1: Phase 1 begins on May 2, 2017 at 12:00 PM (noon) Arizona Time and ends on August 27,
2017 at 11:59:59 PM Arizona Time during which there will be one (1) instant win entry period, three
(3) monthly VIP Meet and Greet sweepstakes entry periods, one (1) Grand Prize sweepstakes entry
period and one (1) Encore Prize sweepstakes entry period as follows:

2. ELIGIBILITY: This Promotion is offered only to players who are located within the borders of the
state of Arizona when entering the Promotion and who are at least twenty-one (21) years old at the
time of entry. Employees of Sponsor, Administrator, and any of their respective owners, parent
companies, affiliates, directors, subsidiaries, franchisees, representatives, advertising, promotion and
production agencies, and agents and any spouse, child, sibling or parent residing as a member of the
employees’ primary household, are not eligible to participate in the Promotion.
Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and
Sponsor and Administrator’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the
Promotion. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. Entrants
and/or potential winners may be required to provide proof of identification and eligibility as required
by Sponsor or Administrator. For purposes of the Promotion, an entrant’s residential address and email address will be the physical address and e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. Entrants
will not be allowed to change their physical address or e-mail address. If it is discovered or suspected
that an entrant has registered or attempted to register for the Promotion using multiple e-mail
addresses or multiple identities, all of that entrant’s entries will be declared null and void and any
prize an entrant might have been entitled to win will not be awarded any may be revoked. Use of any
automated system or any like methods to participate in the Promotion is prohibited and will result in
disqualification of any entrant attempting such use.
3. HOW TO PARTICIPATE: To participate, entrant must complete the required registration
information and click the boxes to certify that the entrant is entering from within the boundaries of the
state of Arizona, is at least twenty-one (21) years old, has voluntarily waived confidentiality rights
under A.R.S. § 5-573(D), and has read and agrees to the Official Rules of the Promotion. Eligible
entrants must have purchased a Concert Cash Bash Scratchers® ticket (“Game Ticket”), and during
the Promotion Period, the entrant must enter the six-digit code located on the front of the Game
Ticket (“Code”) at concert.azlottery.com (“Website”).
For Phase 1 only: After completing the required steps to register/log-in for the Promotion, for each
Code entered during Phase 1, an entrant will receive the following:
 One (1) spin on the on-screen Instant Win Game prize wheel for a chance to win tickets
during the applicable monthly entry period
 One (1) entry into the prize drawing for the applicable VIP meet & greet
 One (1) entry into the Grand Prize drawing
 One (1) entry into the Encore Prize drawing
The entrant must then follow the on-screen instructions to play the Instant Win Game (“Game Play”).
After the Game Play, the entrant will receive notification on the Website screen as to whether he/she
is a potential “Instant Winner” (“Notification”). Each entrant who receives a winning Notification
will be deemed a potential Instant Winner subject to verification of the entrant’s eligibility and
compliance with these Official Rules, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. An entrant is
not a winner of any prize, even if the Notification should so indicate, unless and until entrant’s
eligibility and the potential winning Game Play have been verified and entrant has been notified that
verification is complete. Sponsor will not accept screen shots or other evidence of winning in lieu of
its validation process. Any Game Play that occurs after the system has failed for any reason is deemed
a defective play, is void, and will not be honored.
For Phase 2 only: After completing the required steps to register/log-in for the Promotion, for each
Code entered during Phase 2, an entrant will receive the following:

Each time an entrant logs on to the Website after registering during the Promotion Period, he or she
must enter the e-mail address and password he/she provided during registration and a new Code to
receive another Game Play and/or entries. Codes have no cash value and may only be used once. An
entrant is not required to retain Game Tickets once they have been successfully entered via the
Website; the Website will show a successful entry.
4. LIMIT: An entrant may enter up to thirty (30) Codes per day. A “day” is defined as starting at
12:00 AM (midnight) Arizona Time and ending at 11:59:59 PM Arizona Time on each calendar day
during the Promotion Period, except on May 2, 2017 when the day will start at 12:00 PM (noon)
Arizona Time and end at 11:59:59 PM Arizona Time. If it is discovered or suspected, in Sponsor’s
sole discretion, that an entrant plays, or attempts to enter, more than thirty (30) Codes per day to
receive more than thirty (30) Game Plays/entries in a day, all of that entrant’s Game Plays/entries, in
Sponsor’s sole discretion, may be declared null and void and any prize(s) he/she might have been
entitled to will not be awarded to him/her.
5. RANDOM DRAWING: On or about the dates listed in the chart below, Administrator will
randomly select the potential Sweepstakes winners from among all eligible entries received during the
applicable entry period. All winners are deemed to be a potential winners, pending verification of
eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules, as determined by Sponsor and Administrator, in
their sole and absolute discretion.

Total ARV: The total ARV of all available prizes in the Promotion is $39,000
C. Odds of Winning/Limit: The odds of winning the Sweepstakes Prize depend on the total
number of eligible Sweepstakes entries received during the applicable entry period. The odds of
winning an Instant Win Game Prize depend on when the entrant completes a Game Play. Instant
Prizes will be made available at random times throughout the Promotion Period. To be a potential
winner of an Instant Win Game Prize, an entrant’s Game Play must have occurred at the exact
randomly predetermined winning time as determined by Sponsor and/or Administrator. If a Game
Play does not occur at the exact randomly predetermined winning time, then the next entrant’s
Game Play to occur after that time will be deemed a potential Instant Winner. The number of
Instant Win Game Prizes available to be won will decrease during the Promotion Period as prizes
are awarded and claimed. There is a limit of one (1) Instant Win Prize per person per Concert for
a total limit of three (3) Instant Win Prizes during the Promotion Period. There is a limit of one
(1) Meet and Greet Prize per person during the Promotion Period. There is a limit of one (1) Trip
Prize per person during the Promotion Period.
D. General Prize Restrictions:
For Meet and Greet Prizes: Each meet & greet is subject to the talents’ schedule and availability.
The iHeart is not responsible for any delay, cancellation or rescheduling of any event and no
substitution or compensation shall be awarded. Any provided tickets are subject to certain terms
and conditions specified thereon. Location of seats and tickets are in iHeart’s sole discretion or
may be predetermined as supplied by iHeart. Each winner and guests agree to comply with all
applicable venue regulations in connection with the meet & greet, concert and/or other
Sweepstakes prize events. iHeart and the applicable venue representatives reserve the right to
remove or to deny entry to winner (and his/her guest) who engage in a non-sportsmanlike or
disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person at the greet

& meet, concert and/or other Sweepstakes prize event or in any other objectionable behavior. If,
after a prize has been selected and ticketing has been completed, concert is cancelled, such
portions of the prize will be forfeited and iHeart shall have no further obligation to winner.
For ticket prizes: If any element of a prize described above is delayed, postponed, or canceled for
any reason whatsoever, the winner will not be reimbursed. Each winner will not receive
compensation from Sponsor for any portion of a prize that a winner is unable to use due to
cancellation of any concert-related event. Tickets are awarded pursuant to a revocable,
nontransferable license that is personal to the winner and may not be sold, resold, auctioned,
bartered, assigned, exchanged, placed in commerce, transferred, given away, donated, or
otherwise conveyed. A violation of these restrictions shall revoke winner’s license, and may
result in the prize not being honored. Sponsor reserves the right to remove or to deny entry to any
winner and/or guest if such winner and/or guest violates the previous restrictions or engages in a
disruptive manner, or with intent to abuse, threaten or harass any other person at the concertrelated event.
For Trip Prizes: Trips include roundtrip coach-class airfare for up to two (2) people between the
major commercial airport closest to winner’s residence and the destination city; 1 day, 1 night
hotel accommodations at a hotel selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion (single room, double
occupancy); roundtrip ground transportation to and from the hotel and airport at destination only;
and two (2) tickets to the concert listed in the chart in Section 6B. Actual value of trip may vary
based on point of departure and airfare fluctuations. Any difference between stated approximate
retail value and actual value of prize will not be awarded. All prize details not specified in the
Official Rules will be determined in Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion. Selection of the
airline, departure and arrival airport, and hotel are solely within Sponsor’s sole discretion. If, in
the judgment of the Sponsor and/or any third- party company fulfilling (if any) the prize,
air travel is not required due to winner's proximity to the destination city, (less than 100
miles from destination city) ground transportation will be substituted for roundtrip air
travel at the Sponsor and third-party fulfillment company’s sole and absolute discretion.
The difference in value will not be awarded to the winner. Prizes are non-transferable, are not
redeemable for cash and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor’s
sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize for one of equal or greater value if
the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason.
Winners are solely responsible for any and all expenses and incidental travel costs not expressly
stated in the prize description herein, including but not limited to ground transportation to/from
each winner's residence and airport of departure, meals and beverages, in-room charges (e.g.,
mini-bar, room service, telephone, movies, etc.), gratuities, travel upgrades, baggage fees, and
personal incidentals. Winners and guests must travel on dates designated by the Promotion
Entities, on the same itinerary. Grand Prize winners must be available to travel to Las Vegas,
NV within specified dates between September 22 and September 25, 2017; no alternate
travel dates are available. Encore Prize winners must be available to travel to Los Angeles,
CA within specified dates between November 6, 2017 and January 31, 2018; no alternate
travel dates are available. Specific travel dates are solely within the discretion of
iHeartMedia and the Arizona Lottery. Updates will be made available at
concert.azlottery.com. In the event any winner cannot travel on the dates designated by Sponsor,
such winner may be disqualified and the prize may be awarded to an alternate winner provided
sufficient time remains prior to the travel. Winners and guests will be required to provide a valid
major credit card or some other acceptable form of payment, as determined in the hotel’s sole
discretion upon hotel check-in and all in-room charges, telephone calls, meals, beverages, hotel
upgrades, amenities, personal incidentals and any other expenses charged to the winner’s hotel
room will be charged to that major valid credit card or deducted from the deposit provided.
Travel is subject to availability and terms and conditions set forth in these Official Rules and

those set forth by selected travel providers, availability and other material restrictions may apply.
Promotion Entities are not responsible for any fees or additional charges resulting from a
winner’s or guest’s change(s) to itinerary or accommodations. Winners and guests must have all
necessary identification and/or travel documents (e.g., a valid U.S. driver’s license) required for
travel and are solely responsible for obtaining such valid identification (e.g., a valid U.S. driver’s
license or a valid U.S. passport) prior to travel and the associated costs for these requirements.
Promotion Entities shall not be responsible for any cancellations, delays, diversions or
substitution or any act or omissions whatsoever by the air carriers, hotels or other transportation
companies or any other persons providing any of these services and accommodations to
passengers including any results thereof such as changes in services or accommodations
necessitated by same. Promotion Entities shall not be liable for any loss or damage to baggage. If
a winner becomes disabled or cannot otherwise fully enjoy the prize due to illness, Promotion
Entities shall have the option at its sole discretion of being relieved of liability for fulfillment of
the prize award and no other compensation in lieu of the prize will be awarded. Each winner and
guest is responsible for obtaining his/her own medical and life insurance and the associated costs.
All travel is subject to any and all restrictions instituted by the Department of Defense and/or
Department of Homeland Security, as required. Each winner and guest agrees to comply with all
applicable venue regulations in connection with the concert. Sweepstakes Entities and the
applicable venue representatives reserve the right to remove or to deny entry to winner who
engage(s) in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or
harass any other person at the concert or meet and greet event or in any other objectionable
behavior. Once travel guests are selected, they may not be substituted, except in Sponsor’s sole
and absolute discretion. Airline tickets are non-refundable/non-transferable and are not valid for
upgrades and/or frequent flyer miles. All airline tickets are subject to flight variation, work
stoppages, and schedule or route changes. Additional prize award details and travel information
to be provided to the winner at the time of notification. Lost, stolen, or damaged airline tickets,
travel vouchers or certificates or concert or event tickets will not be replaced or exchanged.
All travel guests must be at least 21 years of age or older at time of entry. Travel guests must
sign and return a travel release before any ticketing of travel occurs. Additional prize award
details and travel information to be provided to the winner at the time of notification. Winners
will be required to complete and return all releases and forms within three (3) days of date of
receipt the applicable forms and releases, unless otherwise specified thereon. Winners must sign a
prize acceptance form, a W-9 form, an affidavit or verification of eligibility, and a
liability/publicity release (where permitted). Unclaimed prize(s) will not be awarded. Certain
travel restrictions and blackout dates may apply. The Promotion Entities shall in no way be
responsible for any travel delays, flight cancellations or difficulty. If travel delays, cancellations
or difficulty prevent arrival in time for any and all elements of trip, the Promotion Entities are not
responsible for awarding any compensation in lieu thereof. Failure to collect or properly claim
any prize in accordance with these rules will result in forfeiture of the prize. If forfeited for any
reason, winner will not receive any other prize substitution or compensation, and the prize will
remain the property of the prize provider and/or the Promotion Entities and will not be awarded,
except as provided herein. Winners agree to accept all blackout dates, space availability
requirements, etc. established by the Promotion Entities' prize partner(s), such as hotels, airlines,
trains, ships, concert or event venues etc. Winners must comply with all applicable laws, and any
rules and regulations established by the Sweepstakes Entities' prize partner(s), if any; such as
hotels, airlines, trains, ships, concert or event venues etc. Winners agree that acceptance of any
trip taken as a prize is done so entirely upon their own initiative, risk, and responsibility. BY
ACCEPTING A PRIZE, WINNERS ACCEPT THE INHERENTLY DANGEROUS NATURE
AND RISK IN ANY TRAVEL OR TRANSPORTATION, SUCH RISK INCLUDING
PERSONAL INJURY AND/OR DEATH, ACKNOWLEDGES THAT HIS/HER
PARTICIPATION IN THE PRIZE EVENT IS VOLUNTARY, ACKNOWLEDGES THAT
THERE ARE NATURAL FACTORS AND OCCURRENCES WHICH MAY IMPACT ON OR
AFFECT THE SAFETY OF THE ACTIVITIES HE/SHE IS PARTICIPATING IN AND

HE/SHE ASSUMES THE RISK OF SUCH FACTORS AND OCCURRENCES AND AGREES
THAT THE RELEASED PARTIES (as defined below) SHALL NOT BE IN ANY WAY
RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY RESULTING INJURY AND/OR DEATH.
7. HOW TO CLAIM A PRIZE: Each potential winner of an Instant Win Game Prize will receive an
Instant Win Notification on screen and via email, after the completion of a winning Game Play.
Potential winners of the Instant Win Game will receive an email with instructions on how to redeem
his/her prize. For Sweepstakes winners, after each random drawing, Administrator will notify the
potential Meet and Greet Prize, Grand Prize and Encore Prize winners via e-mail to the e-mail address
provided at the time of registration. Age verification is required for all winners. The age verification
process must be completed within the parameters set forth by the Sponsor before any prizes are
distributed.
Instant Prize: Before being declared the winner of the Instant Prize, the potential Instant Prize winners
will be required to execute an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability & Publicity Release. The potential
Instant Prize winners must return a fully executed Affidavit to the Sponsor or its authorized designee
within three (3) calendar days from the date it is postmarked as being sent to the potential winner or
the prize may (in Sponsor’s sole discretion) be forfeited.
Meet and Greet Prizes: Before being declared the winner of a Meet and Greet Prize, the potential
Meet and Greet Prize winners will be required to execute an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability &
Publicity Release and a Background Check form. The potential Meet and Greet Prize winners must
return a fully executed Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability & Publicity Release and Background Check
form to the Sponsor or its authorized designee within three (3) calendar days from the date it is
postmarked as being sent to the potential winner or the prize may (in Sponsor’s sole discretion) be
forfeited.
Grand Prize and Encore Prize: Before being declared the winner of the Grand Prize or the Encore
Prize, the potential Grand Prize and Encore Prize winners will be required to execute an Affidavit of
Eligibility/Liability & Publicity Release and tax acknowledgment (“Affidavit”). The potential Grand
Prize and Encore Prize winners must return a fully executed and notarized Affidavit to the Sponsor or
its authorized designee within ten (10) calendar days from the date it is postmarked as being sent to
the potential winner or the prize may (in Sponsor’s sole discretion) be forfeited.
If any potential Sweepstakes Prize winner or a potential Instant Win Game winner is disqualified,
found to be ineligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules, declines to accept a prize, or in
the event that a Prize winner fails to return the required executed documents within the timeframe
outline, (if applicable), the prize may be forfeited. If a prize is forfeited, the prize may be awarded to
an alternate winner, selected in a random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries (or nonwinning Game Plays), as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. If, after a good-faith attempt,
Sponsor is unable to award or deliver a prize, the prize may not be re-awarded. Concert ticket prizes
will be e-mailed to verified winners via the e-mail address provided at the time of registration within
seven (7) business days of the return of a fully executed Affidavit.
Sponsor will attempt to notify each potential winner as set forth above, but Sponsor is not responsible
for any undelivered e-mails, including without limitation e-mails that are not received because of a
winner’s privacy or spam filter settings which may divert any Promotion e-mail, including any winner
notification e-mail, to a spam or junk folder. Prizes that are unclaimed, unredeemed, or returned as
undeliverable will not be awarded. The right to receive a prize is non-assignable, non-transferable
and no prize substitution, exchange or cash equivalent will be allowed, except by Sponsor, who
reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in case of unavailability of a prize or
force majeure, at Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion. Promotion Entities shall not be held
responsible for any delays in awarding the prize for any reason.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: By participating in this Promotion entrant agrees that the
Promotion Entities and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, representatives, consultants,
contractors, legal counsel, advertising, public relations, promotional, fulfillment and marketing
agencies, website providers, Web masters and their respective officers, directors, employees,
representatives, designees and agents (“Released Parties”) are not responsible for lost, late,
incomplete, stolen, misdirected, postage due, or undeliverable e-mail notifications or postal mail; or
for any computer, telephone, satellite, cable, network, electronic or Internet hardware or software
malfunctions, failures, connections or availability; or garbled, corrupt or jumbled transmissions,
service provider/Internet/Website/use or net accessibility, availability or traffic congestion; or any

or the incorrect or inaccurate capture of registration information; or the failure to capture, or loss of,
any such information. The Released Parties are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate
information, whether caused by any Website users, tampering, hacking or by any of the equipment or
programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion and assume no responsibility for any error,
omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line
failure, technical error, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to the Website or any Promotionrelated website(s). The Released Parties are not responsible for any injury or damage, whether
personal or property, to participants or to any person's computer related to or resulting from
participating in the Promotion and/or accepting or using a prize. The Released Parties shall not be
responsible or liable for entries that are entered by any automated computer, program, mechanism or
device, for any entries in excess of the stated limit or for entries that are late, forged, lost, misplaced,
misdirected, tampered with, incomplete, deleted, damaged, garbled or otherwise not in compliance
with the Official Rules, and all such entries may, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, be disqualified.
If, for any reason, the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, Sponsor reserves the right, in
its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and/or proceed with the
Promotion, including the selection of winners in a manner it deems fair and reasonable including the
selection of the winners from among eligible Game Plays/Sweepstakes entries and bonus
Sweepstakes entries received prior to such cancellation, termination, modification or suspension. In
no event will more prizes be awarded than are stated in these Official Rules. In the event that, due to
technical, typographical, mechanical or other errors, there are more winners than are stated in these
Official Rules, a random drawing among the claimants will be held to determine the winners. If for
any reason, including but not limited to an administrative, printing, production, computer or other
error or due to technical difficulties or incorrect announcements of any kind, more winning messages
are distributed, or more prizes are claimed than are intended to be awarded according to these Official
Rules, the intended prizes will be awarded in a random drawing from among all verified prize claims
received. This Promotion is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
By entering the Promotion, each entrant agrees: (i) to be bound by these Official Rules and by all
applicable laws and by the decisions of Sponsor and Administrator, which shall be binding and final;
(ii) to waive any rights to claim ambiguity with respect to these Official Rules; (iii) to waive all of his
or her rights to bring any claim, action or proceeding against any of the Released Parties in
connection with the Promotion; and (iv) to forever and irrevocably agree to release and hold harmless
each of the Released Parties from any and all claims, lawsuits, judgments, causes of action,
proceedings, demands, fines, penalties, liability, costs and expenses (including, without limitation,

errors in these Official Rules or any Promotion materials, (d) acceptance, attendance at, receipt, travel

loss, damage, destruction, negligence or willful misconduct in connection with the use of a prize (or
any component thereof), (e) any change in the prizing (or any components thereof) due to
unavailability or due to reasons beyond Sponsor’s control, including but not limited to by reason of

any acts of God, any action(s), regulation(s), order(s) or request(s) by any governmental or quasigovernmental entity (whether or not such action(s), regulation(s), order(s) or request(s) prove(s) to be
invalid), equipment failure, threatened or actual terrorist acts, earthquake, war, fire, flood, explosion,
unusually severe weather, hurricane, embargo, labor dispute or strike (whether legal or illegal), labor
or material shortage, transportation interruption of any kind, work slow-down, civil disturbance,
insurrection, riot or any other cause beyond any of the Released Parties’ control, or as otherwise
permitted in these Official Rules, (f) any interruptions in or postponement, cancellation or
modification of the Promotion, (g) human error, (h) incorrect or inaccurate transcription, receipt or
transmission of any part of any Game Play/Sweepstakes entry (including, without limitation, the
registration information or any parts thereof), (i) any technical malfunctions or unavailability of the
Website or any telephone network, computer system, computer online system, mobile device,
computer timing and/or dating mechanism, computer equipment, software, or Internet service
provider, or mail service utilized by any of the Released Parties or by an entrant, (j) interruption or
inability to access the Promotion, the Website or any other Promotion-related websites or any online
service via the Internet due to hardware or software compatibility problems, (k) any damage to
entrant’s (or any third person’s) equipment used to access the Promotion and/or its contents related to
or resulting from any part of the Promotion, (l) any lost/delayed data transmissions, omissions,
interruptions, defects, and/or any other errors or malfunctions, (m) any late, lost, stolen, mutilated,
misdirected, delayed, garbled, corrupted, destroyed, incomplete, undeliverable or damaged entries, (n)
any wrongful, negligent, or unauthorized act or omission on the part of any of the Released Parties,
(o) lost, late, stolen, misdirected, damaged or destroyed prizing (or any element thereof), or (p) the
negligence or willful misconduct by entrant.
Without limiting the foregoing, everything regarding this Promotion, including the Website and prize
components, are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including
but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or noninfringement. Some jurisdictions may not allow the limitations or exclusions of liability for incidental
or consequential damages or exclusions of implied warranties, so some of the above limitations or
exclusions may not apply. Check local laws for any restrictions or limitations regarding these
limitations or exclusions.
9. DISPUTES: This Promotion is governed by laws and regulations of the state of Arizona, and all
players hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state of Arizona for resolution of
all claims and disputes through administrative hearing, and any right to a trial by jury is hereby
waived. Any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this
Promotion or any prize awarded are governed by Arizona Administrative Code ("A.A.C.") § R19-31008. The decision of the Arizona Lottery is final. Any decision by the Arizona Lottery Director is a
final, appealable agency action to the Office of Administrative Hearings under the procedures of
A.A.C. § R2-19-101 through § R2-19-122. Exhaustion of administrative remedies applies.

11. PUBLICITY RIGHTS: By participating in the Promotion and/or accepting a prize, each entrant
agrees to allow Sponsor and/or Sponsor's designee the perpetual right to use his or her name,
biographical information, photos and/or likeness, and statements for promotion, trade, commercial,
advertising and publicity purposes, at any time or times, in all media now known or hereafter
discovered including live television, worldwide, including but not limited to on the World Wide Web
and Internet, without notice, review or approval and without additional compensation except where
prohibited by law.
12. GENERAL: Any attempted form of participation in this Promotion other than as described herein is
void. If it is discovered or suspected in Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion that an entrant has
registered or attempted to register more than once using multiple e-mail addresses, accounts, multiple

identities, proxy servers or like methods, all of that entrant’s Game Plays/Sweepstakes entries will be
declared null and void, and that entrant will be ineligible to win a prize. Also, if it is discovered that
any entrant attempts to receive additional Game Plays/Sweepstakes entries in excess of the stated
limitation, that entrant may, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, be disqualified from the Promotion. In the
event of a dispute as to the identity of a winner, the winning Game Play/Sweepstakes entry will be
declared made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted on the registration
form associated with such Game Play/Sweepstakes entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as
the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service
provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution) that is responsible for assigning
e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Sponsor and
Administrator reserve the right to disqualify any individual found, in its sole opinion, to be tampering
with the operation of the Promotion, to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or to be acting in
an unsportsmanlike manner or with the intent to disrupt the normal operation of a Promotion. Any use
of robotic, automatic, macro, programmed, third-party or like methods to participate in the Promotion
will void any attempted participation effected by such methods and the disqualification of the

LAW. If any provision of these Official Rules or any word, phrase, clause, sentence, or other portion
thereof should be held unenforceable or invalid for any reason, then that provision or portion thereof
shall be modified or deleted in such manner as to render the remaining provisions of these Official
Rules valid and enforceable. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official
Rules or the prize documents will not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision.
Sponsor’s and/or Administrator’s interpretation of these Official Rules is final and binding in all
matters related to the Promotion. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall
not constitute a waiver of that provision and such provision shall remain in full force and effect. All
Game Plays/Sweepstakes entries and/or materials submitted become the property of Sponsor and will
not be returned. In the event of any conflict with any Promotion details contained in these Official
Rules and Promotion details contained in any promotional materials (including but not limited to
point of sale, television and print advertising, promotional packaging and other promotional media),
the details of the Promotion as set forth in these Official Rules shall prevail.
