Although this is recommended, you can actually make your green screen using any colour background, even a brick wall! Bear in mind that any props or clothes you use which feature the same colour as your background will disappear, as if by magic, when you are filming. Try it out, it’s actually loads of fun! Preparing Your Movie Set You will need to make sure you have covered the whole background area of your set. You could use big sheets of paper or a large cloth, stretching it to cover the wall area and fixing it in place. Make sure you have cleared enough space for movement and you that are filming in a well lit area. Depending on what type of film you are making you may wish to mount your iPad using a tripod. For example, a static camera, mounted on a tripod would give you the best effect if you are making a news or weather report but it would be less important if you are making something with more movement and action. © www.sustainablelearning.com Lights, Camera, Action!
