The aim of the Fast Break
Using Speed and Width quickly move the ball up court to the
oppositions key and set up a free shot (lay-up) before the
opposition get back to set up a defence, allowing our
unmarked forward to score with a lay-up

In groups of 4 - create a structure to the above question

 Create two group answers within 15 minutes
Steps for success
 Numbers 1 & 3 will start the answer
 After 2 minutes you will have to pass the paper on to the next person to
continue with.
 Each time you receive a paper I will allow 1 minute for you to read and
edit what the person before has written.
 This will happen 5 times and the answer should be complete

SPEED and WIDTH

 Centre wins a defensive rebound by blocking out his opponent and catching the ball at the
